SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and shipment.
- During peak racing season, our apparel trailer is on the road full-time, which can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get all orders out as quickly and accurately as possible.
Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Shipping timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Orders / Customer Errors
- If an incorrect purchase is made (wrong size, wrong item, incorrect address, etc.), the customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with reshipping or returning the item.
Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, BSHEPPGEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We encourage customers to use secure delivery locations when possible.
